Welcome to the web site for Center for the Empowerment of the Visually Impaired. It is the purpose of this web site to showcase the talents and accomplishments of blind and visually impaired athletes, artists, musicians, sculpters, and actors/actresses in and around the El Paso area.

We hope that through our efforts, you will come to appreciate the efforts, accomplishments and skills of blind and visually impaired individuals. We also hope that through the information we provide you via this web site you will come to look at blind individuals in a whole new light.
